After the success of rebel 2022Ford is expanding the compact truck lineup with the New 2023 Maverick TremorTM Off-Road Package. Maverick Tremor is an entry-level option for buyers seeking increased off-road capability and bold styling in the same compact package that comfortably fits their daily city life while supporting their outdoor passions.

Built to tackle tough terrain
Maverick Tremor is available for the XLT and Lariat series trucks. It’s packed with functional elements and capable features while staying in line with the striking styling characteristic of the Tremor family of Ford trucks.
Equipped with a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, the compact truck is based on the FX4 Off-Road Package with an all-wheel drive system new to Maverick. This advanced system includes a dual-clutch rear-wheel drive unit with differential lock function for increased off-road capability.
Five driving modes to choose from
That can divert virtually all of the torque from the rear axle to either wheel. Five selectable drive modes make it easy for customers to quickly tailor the Maverick Tremor’s on- and off-road capability for pavement, mud, sand or snow, as well as towing conditions.
Maverick Tremor also comes with the exclusive Trail ControlTMwhich functions as cruise control for off-road driving. Customers simply select a set gear, then the truck handles throttle and braking to allow drivers to focus on steering through challenging conditions like mud or dirt.
Exclusive front and rear springs and shock absorbers help improve off-road capability. These New shock absorbers, along with a 1-inch increase in ride height, also contribute to a more assertive stance for the new Maverick Tremor. Off-road capability is enhanced by a heavy-duty transmission cooler and upgraded axle shafts.
Maverick Tremor doesn’t sacrifice its Built Ford Tough credentials for great capability. The compact pickup offers a maximum towing rating of 2,000 pounds and a payload rating of 1,200 pounds so customers can hook up a dirt bike trailer or load up the bed with camping gear and fishing poles.
Designed to stand out
The robust Tremor theme can be found everywhere. Maverick Tremor comes with a unique grille finish, plus blacked-out Ford logos, headlights and taillights. The two front tow hooks get signature Tremor Orange accents.
For an even bolder look, customers can select the available Tremor Appearance Package, which includes a Carbonized Gray-painted roof and mirror caps, as well as black hood and lower body side graphics.
the exclusives 17-inch aluminum wheels They feature a new Tremor Orange and dark gray anodized finish, while standard all-terrain tires improve traction on loose surfaces like sand, gravel and dirt. A new lower front fascia with a more aggressive rake angle and steel skid plates results in improved capability.
The bold design carries over to the cabin, with Black Onyx seats with stitched Tremor logos and signature Tremor Orange accents. The center console, air vents and door handles are all updated to include the new color scheme as well.
Pricing for the 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor Off-Road Package will be $2,995 MSRP and the Tremor Appearance Package will be $1,495 MSRP. The 2023 Ford Maverick, including the Tremor Off-Road Package, is available for order in September. Production begins this fall.
